Our Terroir
Our vineyard

In 2004, driven by Antoni and Georges Gassier, along with the Jeanjean family, an in-depth soil analysis of our 40-hectare vineyard was undertaken with the support of our dedicated sustainable development team. Each section of our vineyard was precisely analysed to optimise the synergy between each vine and its soil. This meticulous work led to the identification of 26 micro-parcels, perfectly aligned with our expectations and the stringent requirements of the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellation.

The result is a vineyard perfectly adapted to its grape varieties, celebrating the four distinct terroirs of our estate, all united by the presence of red clay:
To the West
A sandy-loamy terroir ideal for showcasing the full richness of Syrah.
To the South
Arid and rocky soil where Grenache and Rolle thrive
To the East
Deep, stony foothills, perfectly suited for Cinsault.
To the North
Sandy-clay soil rich in gravel, layered over a sandstone slab, offering a premium terroir for Grenache.
