Georges Gassier

With Georges, the spirit of the Gassier family lives on. As the fifth generation of winemaking artisans, he now oversees the 40-hectare vineyard nestled in the heart of Sainte-Victoire. Georges developed a passion for wine early on. He studied viticulture and oenology, honing his skills in Australia as a cellar master. But the call of Sainte-Victoire brought him back to his roots. In 2009, his father Antoni passed on the responsibility of the vineyard to him, sealing the continuity of this family legacy.

Léa Rouyet

A native of the Basque Country, Léa Rouyet grew up at the foot of the Pyrenees, surrounded by fauna and flora, as well as sheep. A nature lover with a joyful spirit, she found her true haven when she arrived in Gassier at the foot of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire in 2015. Like Cézanne, Léa has made the mountain her muse, spending her free time hiking and climbing to uncover secret caves. Today, Léa pours her passion into crafting enjoyable and gastronomic wines, all while respecting the environment and revealing the unique terroir of Sainte-Victoire.
