Maison Gassier partners with Hôtel de Crillon for an exclusive rosé cuvée

Maison Gassier is honored to partner with Hôtel de Crillon to unveil an exclusive Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire rosé cuvée, a perfect blend of tradition, refinement, and innovation. A product of our unique expertise, this cuvée embodies the French art de vivre and adds an exclusive touch to the culinary experiences offered to the hotel’s guests.

An exceptional wine born from authentic craftsmanship

It is for our passion for sustainable viticulture and our expertise in rosé wines that La Maison Gassier, a renowned estate in the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, was chosen by the sommellerie teams of Hôtel de Crillon, led by Xavier Thuizat, Head Sommelier and Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

The cuvée « Le Pas du Moine – 350 », named after the path monks took to reach Croix de Provence, refers to the altitude of our vineyard. This wine draws its strength from the natural freshness of our terroir.

The harvest, carried out at night to preserve the freshness of the berries and prevent oxidation, along with every step of the winemaking process, is designed to maintain this freshness. Made in our historic concrete vats, this cuvée expresses with purity the authentic character of the Sainte-Victoire terroirs.

An exclusive experience to be lived in a unique setting

Le Pas du Moine – 350 rosé offers a new tasting experience to guests of the hotel’s restaurants. This cuvée, enhanced by our hexagonal bottle, is made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Rolle. This Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire rosé releases a bouquet of white peach, apricot, and violet, refreshing and thirst-quenching. It pairs perfectly with the Michelin-starred cuisine of L’Écrin or that of Nonos by Paul Pairet, creating a perfect harmony between culinary art and wine.

With this cuvée, we also celebrate the return of fine weather and the spring/summer season. Starting at the end of March, the hotel’s guests can enjoy our wine while soaking in the atmosphere of the restaurants or the tranquility of the Cour d’Honneur and Cour Gabriel.

1,200 bottles of the 2024 Hôtel de Crillon x Gassier vintage have been available at the hotel since March 15, 2025.
