Le Pas du Moine – 350 Rosé, a Sun-Drenched Cuvée
As with every summer, rosé takes center stage. With the return of sunny days, barbecues, and long afternoons outdoors, the freshness of our Le Pas du Moine – 350 Rosé has caught the attention of Carla-Elle Rogosky.
She shared her seasonal favorites for 2025, describing our cuvée as a “wine enchanted by pronounced floral notes, supported by a fleshy structure.”
In an article published by the renowned media outlet Les Echos, our cuvée stood out among a prestigious selection:
“This cuvée is hard to miss, with its hexagonal bottle. Maison Gassier chose this shape as a tribute to the six generations of winemakers who have come before. Made from Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, and Vermentino, all fermented and aged in concrete vats.”
