When the refinement of a palace meets the elegance of a terroir.
TF1 set up its camera between the walls of the Hôtel de Crillon, on Place de la Concorde in Paris, and the vineyards of Maison Gassier, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire, to reveal a rare behind-the-scenes collaboration.
Alongside our oenologist Léa ROUYET and Xavier THUIZAT, France’s Best Sommelier, we came up with what he describes as “a cuvée with a unique interpretation for the Crillon”. A hexagonal bottle, a very delicate colour, an intense nose with fruity notes… A confidential cuvée, now on the menu of the palace, hailed by the expertise of Gwilherm de Cerval.
