For the past 43 years, Maison Gassier has grown through the knowledge and passionate work of men and women, both in the vineyard and in the winery. Several key dates have marked the history of the estate. 2025 is one of them. Maison Gassier reinvents itself through a new hexagonal bottle that pays living tribute to its deep roots.<\/p>\n
This unique 6-sided bottle embodies the 6 generations of artisan winemakers, as well as Sainte-Victoire, the majestic iconic mountain of this unique location, outlined in sculpted edges. This hexagonal design, innovative and pioneering in the wine market, is also a tribute to French craftsmanship. Every detail has been carefully thought out, including the noble and delicate \u00ab1982\u00bb engraving, the founding year of Maison Gassier at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire Mountain.<\/p>\n
Over time, all Maison Gassier cuv\u00e9es will be bottled in this new hexagonal bottle.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\nThe story of the Maison Gassier is one of an unwavering passion for the land, passed down through six generations. Georges Gassier, soon joined by his son Jean, continues this legacy. A heritage rooted in the 40-hectare vineyard acquired by Antoni Gassier in 1982, at the foot of the iconic Sainte-Victoire mountain.<\/p>\n
The richness of this exceptional terroir and the potential of these precious lands have revealed themselves over the years. Nature has shaped a unique environment, offering the vines a microclimate perfect for producing fine wines, easily recognised by their distinctive character and delightful freshness.<\/p>\n
In 2004, alongside his father and the Jeanjean family, Georges Gassier decided to broaden their understanding of the vineyard by conducting a thorough soil study. This extremely precise undertaking led to the identification of 26 micro-parcels. The artisan and the winemaker became one, crafting the unique identity of Gassier wines. The outcome is a vineyard perfectly suited to its grape varieties, highlighting limestone as the bedrock and red clay as the guiding thread.<\/p>\n
The estate was certified organic in 2016, reaffirming Georges Gassier\u2019s commitment to preserving this exceptional terroir and practising winegrowing in harmony with nature.<\/p>\n
